Jenkins the Police Horse by Alex Jakob-Whitworth

“Apart from aiming to be accurate, I am also fascinated by trying to capture the spirit of the horse. I feel my daily experience with horses and in particular, the Massage Therapy, helps me to understand not only the form and anatomy of the horse, but also its character, behaviour and personality”.

She lives in Cumbria in the Eden Valley with her young family, a cat and two horses beneath Cross Fell.
